</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">搅拌了烫种,放进冰箱冷藏最少12小时。第二天把烫种加入主面团搅拌成基本甜面包团,分割成所需的重量,搓圆,松弛10分钟,包入所喜爱的馅料。</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />

做法:<br />

1。分别用两个锅。<br />
<br />
2。白色的部分除了浓椰浆,全部放入锅内用小火煮沸,然后才加入椰浆,搅匀就要熄火。<br />
<br />
(椰浆不可以煮太久,不然会出油,弄出来的白色燕菜会出现两层-椰油会在上层)<br />
<br />
3。蓝色的部分也一样煮至沸,然后上入蓝色素搅拌均匀。<br />
<br />
4。在一个30cm X 25cm 的长盘里倒入一层白色(约450ml)的白燕菜。<br />
<br />
5。等到稍微凝固时,慢慢从盘边倒入同等分量(约450ml)的篮色燕菜。<br />
<br />
6。放入冰箱冷藏即可。<br />

小小心得:<br />
<br />
1。可以把盘子浸放在加了冰块的冷水里,让燕菜更快凝固。<br />
<br />
2。在倒入另一层燕菜时,如直接倒入可能会弄破下一层的燕菜,annann是用一把汤匙放靠近稍微凝固的燕菜上(只是靠近不是放在燕菜上面哦)然后把杯里的燕菜水轻轻地倒在汤匙上,让它慢慢流入稍微凝固的燕菜上。<br />

#1。全部材料放入搅拌机内搅拌(除了奶油)。<br />

#2。搅拌成团后加入奶油搅拌至完全扩展(有薄膜)。<br />

#3。把面团放入一个抹了油的钢盘内覆盖保鲜膜做第1次60分钟发酵。<br />

#4。发酵完成后把面团取出平均分割12等分,滚圆松弛30分钟。<br />

#5。把面团擀成圆薄片,包入卡士达花生酱馅。<br />

#6。收口包紧,放入纸杯模中做第2次30分钟发酵。<br />

#7。发酵完成后,表面刷上蛋液。<br />

3。把蛋白霜分三次加入香橙蛋黃面糊里,搅拌均勻。<br />

4。取3汤匙面糊拌入可可糊。<br />

5。把一半的香橙面糊倒入模里面,然后倒入可可面糊,再把其余的香橙面糊倒入。<br />

材料:<br />
黄油100g、细砂糖70g、鸡蛋2个、低粉100g、盐2g、泡打粉1/2小匙、蔓越莓干80g<br />
做法:<br />
1、黄油室温软化,用电动打蛋器打匀。<br />

2、加细砂糖打至发白,呈羽毛状。<br />
<br />
3、分次加入打匀的全蛋液。<br />
<br />
4、筛入低粉和泡打粉拌匀。<br />
<br />
5、拌匀后加入蔓越莓干拌匀即可。<br />
<br />
6、倒入提前铺好油纸的的模具中。<br />
<br />
7、烤箱预热180度,中层上下火,约30分钟。(烤八分钟后,表面结皮时取出用刀划一道,有裂口更好看)<br />
